Using Housio
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, avoid spam or abusive behavior, and keep login credentials secure.
Homeowner requests
Requests should describe real service needs. Quotes, availability, and final scope are set by homeowners and pros through their own agreement.
Pro profiles
Pros must represent their business accurately and maintain any licenses, insurance, permits, or qualifications required for their services.
Payments and fees
Where payments are enabled, Housio may charge a platform fee on completed paid work. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Reviews and content
Reviews should be honest and tied to real work. Housio may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, or unsafe.
No guarantee
Housio works to improve trust and matching, but does not guarantee availability, quality, timing, pricing, or outcomes of independent pro services.
