Account details, contact details, service requests, ZIP codes, pro profile details, messages, quotes, reviews, directory claims, device/session events, and payment status metadata.
How it is used
To create accounts, match homeowners with pros, review listings, support messages and quotes, process payments through providers, prevent spam, analyze conversion, and improve Housio.
Sharing
Housio shares job-relevant information between homeowners and matched pros. Payment details are handled by payment providers such as Stripe. Housio does not sell passwords or payment card details.
Your account and data.
You can request account help, listing updates, or deletion support by contacting Housio. Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, payment records, or marketplace integrity.
Cookies and analytics
Housio may use first-party session identifiers and product events to understand signup, request, and onboarding performance.
Security
Housio uses Supabase, row-level security policies, and trusted payment infrastructure. No web service can guarantee absolute security.
